Right, so, here’s my quick hack on my youtube channel for how to get an hour of rest prep time in 10 minutes:
First, grab a monster energy drink.
Chug that fucker.
Using your sped up cognition, focus really hard on not having any activities.
Your brain should be firing neurons roughly 6-7x faster now, so you can probably get like an hour of intense no activity focus before you sleep, in just 5-10 minutes now.
ain’t nobody got time for that
