EDIT: Apparently you can get the other episodes through a weird method. Can’t try it myself since I already own the game.
First episode only!
They give the first episode away to hook you into the game, then you realize you have to pay for the rest of the game. Looks like episodes 2 and 3 are ten bucks each.

If you got the first episode only, go to https://store.steampowered.com/account/licenses/
Remove the first episode by clicking delete next to it
Go back on the store page and choose the limited offer (it should be the second button), not the first episode
