No it wouldn’t. Meta just stopped selling the very expensive Quest Pro because the very affordable Quest 3 moved massively more units. Almost no one wants a VR headset that costs more than a thousand dollars because the 300 buck devices already do almost the exact same things

Is this actually a post about technology? I feel like more and more posts here are about business or politics rather than about technology. I don’t give a shit about business, i just wanna see stories about technology.

Why? Do what you enjoy and what stimulates you. If playing video games is what does that then and it’s what you’re doing, then that’s all you should be doing
Why? I literally have a list on my phone of shows I’m currently watching and shows people recommended to me. When I’m looking for a new show why wouldn’t i try one that someone thinks i would like?

21·27 days agoSeems like a pie chart would be much better. The information you’re trying to display is just a single type of quantity (fraction of gamehours spent playing each genre). In fact i don’t think a spider chart is applicable here, because that’s for displaying multiple different types of quantities (like hours vs. temperature vs. age)
I rightly celebrate when evil is destroyed. That ceo killed a huge number of innocent people just so he could make himself even ultra wealthier. That’s true evil. The shooter is an absolute hero.
In a better world the serial killer ceo would go to trial and be jailed for the rest of his life. But in the world we actually live in, the ceo would have faced zero consequences for his evil acts, and he would’ve continued living a life of ultra wealth while he continued murdering thousands more innocent people. So in lieu of legal consequences, shooting him is the most good thing that anyone could’ve done.
Inputting newer weather condition data is different than changing the model. The model is the machine that does the computing, the weather data is just inputting variables. As an analogy it’s like a computer - the hardware itself doesn’t change, but if you do different clicks and typing input then the computer will output different things on screen. The ai model itself only changes when you train it differently.
