That’s what I’m planning to do and curious if Apple TV box is a good option. Fire stick is riddled with ads. Not sure about Roku and Apple TV.

My HiSense Vidaa OS TV shows ads for newer TV’s from their online store.
Is an Apple TV box a good platform choice to avoid this?
“BBC Panorama should have told us immediately and not made it public because now it’s really embarrassing for us and it’s going to cost us money, er I mean it will be detrimental to the children; yes that’s it, won’t somebody think of the children? Basically their fault and not ours.
Oh and this was all just a big test, which you failed. Again, definitely not our fault.”
Nonsense.
Here they label this as “New Recipe!”. As if they’re somehow doing us a favour.
Oh gee I wonder what inspired you to change the recipe 🤔
I always pronounce this as the Roman numeral; Twitter is now Ten. Just like those Ten Men films and Simon Cowell’s The Ten Factor.
Try tinyhome https://github.com/bderenzo/tinyhome
Throw a few bits of info into a csv, run a bash script and it produces a html file like this demo page https://lab.bdro.fr/tinyhome/
This video was helpful and simple. It’s no longer any hassle. I later implemented the same using my own domain and cloudflare.
London Underground themed. Where possible the station name somewhat reflects the purpose of the machine. Some names are shortened.
Wireless access points named as DLR stations.
Network hardware named as Underground lines.
Station names can be chosen based on their zone to indicate physical location. Zone 1 in the house etc.
The screenshot was taken from Firefox on desktop, running the latest version 1.5.0. The badge is a prompt to install.
The same issue occurs on iPhone PWA 1.5.0, iPadOS PWA 1.5.0 and native application 1.5.0.
I have updated the original post with this info.
Voyager 0.28.0 release notes include a link for this. Not tried it myself and no idea about Android.

I recommend TinyHome for a straightforward homepage.
Bludit is very simple to install and configure. Worth a quick look at least.
I document my proxmox configuration, and again for each service running on it; ports, fqdn, let’s encrypt etc. Any problems or deviations from the standard installation and how I resolved it. How I mounted my media drive and and made it accessible in Plex and Jellyfin. Any configuration that I had to search for the solution, including the actual steps and not just links that might be gone in the future. The more services you accumulate the harder it is to start the documentation, so it’s a good idea to start sooner than later.
His cousin Phúc is reportedly unamused.
