I say for anyone who is still frequently using Reddit at this point, let’s post friendly replies to try and lure responses from the admins on these threads, then after they respond, change your question to something that makes their response look like something an asshole would say.
I’ve never played a Jagged Alliance game, but I’m a huge fan of Haemimont for Tropico and Surviving Mars. Even though this is a totally different genre, the fact that OG Jagged Alliance fans are hyped about this game’s reception is pretty much making this a must play for me.
As a series, most certainly Pokémon. Young me played the Silver version countless times back in the day. I still do the odd ROM hack now and then.
As a single game, Skyrim.
It absolutely is a good thing when security is concerned. WiFi is easy to snoop even if you’re not physically in the room, if you know what you’re doing. Sure there are encryption standards that are very good to tamp down on this. However, what’s even better with LiFi is you must be physically in the room to intercept any transmissions that are being sent.
This is by design one of the largest advantages to LiFi. There are other practical uses as well, but it’s not like LiFi is designed to explicitly replace WiFi.
If I’m a clown for enjoying their full releases like Skyrim and Fallout 4, then show me where the makeup is. I’ll wear that shit all day.
It’s not the same as aged steak. OP’s post is simply about patting your meat dry with a paper towel or similar prior to cooking.
Because Bethesda made some of the my most enjoyed games ever on the first engine, and presumably the successor will be better.
I love me a taco night and that food looks tasty, but consider cleaning up before taking photos and sharing.
I’m just here because of my herding instincts.
Hi.
Yes! I never know how to feel about being prompted for a tip when I get carry out. Normally the tip is for table or delivery service. I don’t think I should be obligated to compensate someone’s wage for running my credit card and handing me a bag.
It is is 100% the case that establishments know customers will feel obligated to tip in any scenario they are prompted.
Hell, how do I even know that such a tip goes to the service staff who are paid less than minimum wage?
The Relay dev thinks they can make a subscription model work. Last I checked they still hadn’t determined pricing, but they were hopeful that it would be about a 60/40 split for them/the API. I’m skeptical it will work out that way, I have a feeling most of it will just go to reddit.
But the app will continue to work for the next few weeks before the subscription kicks in while the dev works out the details.
I have high expectations for Creation Engine 2. Bethesda got a lot out of the original. I have no doubt that they’ve taken their time with Starfield and The Elder Scrolls 6 just to make sure this engine is ready for them.
As hyped as I am for Starfield, I can’t help but think that it’s basically a massive scale beta test for Elder Scrolls 6, just to make sure all the kinks are worked out before they release the successor to Skyrim.
Satisfactory.
I love making efficient systems and the freedom to do things the way I want to, such as by using the game’s alternate recipe system.
The exploration and movement systems in the game are also to notch. It’s not quite Titanfall, but I struggle to think of any other game where simply moving around is so fun. That’s on top of how pretty the actual environment is to explore.
I can’t believe I’m the first person to mention Link’s Awakening in this thread. Still one of my favorite Zelda games. It’s bizarre quirkiness felt just like all the strange aberrations that manifest in dreams.
Timberborn! Update 4 stuff really added a lot.
Yes, it’s certainly not bug free, there are bugs that need to be fixed. Worst persistent one I’ve had is that a Warlock 4/Sorcerer 8 multiclass I have always tries to upcast all warlock spells (like Hex or Misty Step) with their highest level slot, which are Sorcerer spell slots. Very annoying and not worth.
That said, I would not discourage anyone from getting this game on the basis that it has some bugs. I doubt most new players would know how deal with multiclassing bugs, and probably would be multiclassing in the first place.
