Nobility is enabled after 20 population, but they have been improved and actually serve a purpose in the fort now (they are therapists). Sieges/Forgotten beasts and the king arrives are now tied to fortress wealth. Wealth/population thresholds can be changed on world gen (steam ver) if you want
