When I started playing, the guide was completely useless. He would also open your doors and leave them open, I very quickly grew to despise the guide and made his home a prison.

To each their own, I hated playing without knowing the crafting recipes and always loved looking up what I can make with everything I picked up.

Keep the wiki open, explore the surface for cave entrances and look for pots/chests, the game completely changes once you get a grappling hook.

Yeah it’s word of mouth info so take it with a grain of salt. It very well could be the family’s attempt at a cover up that’s spreading through the rumor mill, it’s a small town in South Georgia after all.

The video in the linked article does just that. The page takes 5 seconds to load the video, the user changes the UA, they refresh the page and suddenly the video loads instantly. I would have liked to see them change the UA back to Firefox to prove it’s not some weird caching issue though
