I’m confused, are we talking about the same people, who during the pandemic, decided whether to follow mask mandates vs those who didn’t. If we’re talking about acceptance of authority, right leaning folks are less likely to do so. However what I do think is that right leaning folks are less likely to care about a company trying to monetize itself through means that could affect it’s users, citing “it’s the cost of business”. those who lean left would more likely oppose this at the cost of their data, privacy, or experience.
