Bow tie, but lower on the neck. Very dapper :)
(Also, in the future maybe post identical bodies/relation to background. There might be some subconscious preference occurring based on subject’s proximity to viewer or foot appearance.)

I turfed FB in 2015 as well (didn’t bother with the other stuff).
But now I’m worried I deactivated it and didn’t delete… I cannot remember.
If it’s just deactivated-- I wonder if it’s better to just leave it a greyed out graveyard, than to reactivate it just to delete. I feel reactivating would give it more information even, as I would be on a different device. It’s been dead a decade.
What do people suggest?
But you could trade them with your friends, so single license meant nothing. You owned the game.
I think being a pedophile rapist makes Jay-Z ugly, no?
Transcription: political cartoon style in a single pane:
Three men in a car, the front holds JD Vance in the passenger’s seat and Elon Musk in the driver’s seat. A strap around the front seat secures a child’s toy steering wheel, which faces into the back. Trump sits in back seat, clutching the wheel.
Text on image: “So cute! He thinks he’s steering!..”

Don’t forget how many apartment buildings are owned by corporate landlords though. Western Canada has a huuuge problem with the slumlord billionaires at Mainstreet and others.
The out-of-date data I can find has 35% of BC apartments as investor-owned.
I love the way this is written, thanks.
More. Rips bleed, slams bruise.
Thanks! @candybrie@lemmyworld
Referring to the Thompson killing, Frankel added, "You can be up in arms about the healthcare industry, but you can’t threaten or actually hurt members of the healthcare industry.
Ironic to use that phrase 🤔
The original usage of ‘up in arms’ was entirely literal. To be ‘in arms’ or ‘at arms’ was to be equipped with weapons and armour.
Modern usage still defines it as preparing for a fight, Frankel.
Most people don’t hate CEOs. They don’t care about CEOs. They have bigger issues to care about.”
Bigger issues? Like the health care bills they are drowning in? Also, I think most people loathe CEOs, these bitches have zero awareness.
I was going to bring up card catalogues and microfiche, but it is more difficult now, especially with all the AI written articles popping up a la carte as top results.
I guess it would be like the physical library having a fee^1 to enter, the librarian men and women in lingerie and banana hammocks, and all the publications unsorted: Fiction and Non-Fiction together with celebrity magazines, The National Enquirer, and nazi publications… and lots of torn out pages.
^1 Fee replaces ads. I’d rather not picture a world where the advertising in the show Maniac exists. (Can’t afford the bus? The ad-reader shows up and speaks ads at you until you have “earned” the $1.25, or whatever.)

Do you have a source or what to query, because when I plug in “Kathleen Mangione” all I get is they she reported her son missing.
What the Multivac?!
I find it hard to believe anyone would not immediately burn the fake ID used to book into the Hostel, which they say he had it on him. I would have burned the coffee cup from before the event too though.
Honestly, I wouldn’t have gone to Starbucks or McDonald’s (24 year boycott) either, let alone sitting down inside. I’d be in Mexico or Canada. Why would he go back to the state of his alma mater? This doesn’t make a lot of sense, and like the wonderful Judge Judy says, “if it doesn’t make sense, it’s not true”. I’m sticking with “scapegoat” until I hear something logical.
It is wild that he was there minutes before CEO walked by, considering the meeting was later and CEO went early. Makes it sound like a more sophisticated operation.
Here is a screenshot of the godforsaken guitar so people don’t have to give that site views:
Image transcription:
4 panels
Top right is a regular looking guitar with the ludicrous name “God Bless the USA guitar” for $1000.
The bottom right is a bright red electric guitar for $1,500.
Guitar with ugly eagle in flight spanning 75% of it, a US flag filling the remaining 25%, is in top left panel: $1,250.
Same guitar with hideously ugly Trump signing it in bottom left panel: $10,250.
That was just bizzare.
Can you think of the leader of any other country where that would slide? I mean, not even Boris would have been that crass. Even keeping it within the States, is there a past president who would have?
It really made me think of elderly flashers, who act that way because they have degenerative neurological disorders associated with age.
Meta has changed their ToS. Prior, you could not accuse someone of being mentally ill without consequence. Now there is an exception allowing shitty people to accuse someone of being mentally ill if they are gay or trans. It’s seriously fucked up.
Also, Mark Zuckerberg, the ostrich fucker, removed the fact checker from Meta services.
