The US is about the same as most developed countries, and I say that as someone who has (legally) worked in 6 different (developed/western countries) countries including the US (2 years there was enough, I didn’t pursue citizenship).

I can’t find any reporting on where he got the tank from but there’s a museum in the Midlands and another in Surrey with plenty of working WW2 era tanks - it wouldn’t have been too hard to rustle one up. I’m betting it’s this one, it’s the largest.
