I hate defending cowardly corporate bullshit but any tech company that doesn’t kiss Trump’s fucking ring is absolutely in for a world of retaliatory pain in the next four years. Smaller companies like mine are just divesting from the US but large companies are logistically unable to do anything.

All the tech CEOs donating to the fuckwad’s inauguration is just as meaningful as companies that put up a rainbow flag during pride month. It’s all just empty lip service.

To clarify a hung jury and jury nullification are different things. The most likely outcome is probably a hung jury and I’d rate a non-guilty declaration as more likely than a guilty declaration.

Yea. If that was the only charge I’d agree - but juries rarely (even though they’re supposed to) consider charges in isolation. Throwing Murder1 w/ terrorism on the pile makes it more likely he’s found innocent on all counts.

This is an instance where jury nullification would be extremely just though I stand by my original statement - the optimal outcome for everyone after the murder would have been if no one was arrested and it remained unsolved.
