I used to work with public safety IT, from keeping 911 dispatch working all the way down to fixing squad car laptops. I have personally been on multiple sides of this issue from perspectives most don’t have.

The US prison system is literal slavery, expressly allowed to be so by the US constitution. It needs to be abolished.
Which part of it? I said a couple of things there. Surely you don’t disagree about the US constitution expressly permitting slavery and the US prison system largely being exactly that?

“Uncorrupted cops” is an oxymoron. As soon as anyone becomes a cop, their personal merits no longer matter.
That makes no sense. Cops are humans not machines, and humans are invariably different.
That response makes no sense. It doesn’t matter who a cop is, when they’re employed as a cop their duties come first.
